ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for limited postcodes within Liverpool (UK) area. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders with local delivery option will be arranged individually. You will receive an email or a text message asking for your availability when you can receive it.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a message with confirmation.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using DPD or EVRi (standard delivery 2-3 days). Flat rate shipping fee of £2.43 applies to orders shipped to England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland flat rate is £4.48 (standard delivery 5-7 days). We do not ship outside of United Kingdom at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For orders over £50 we offer free shipping.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £2.43 flat rate shipping to England, Scotland and Wales and £4.48 to Northern Ireland.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@raggiescreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
